Camp Meals

Me and a couple of friends are going on our annual canoe/camping trip. There are six of us and each are responsible for a meal. I am responsible for lunch one day.

Does anyone have a favorite camp meal that is easy to prepare or recommended?

Couple things to keep in mind:
This is a lunch meal
Must feed 6 people/men
Must be fairly easy to put together and to cook

If you have a griddle, you can do a lot with ham or eggs. Ham steaks are pretty good, or you could add bacon to your favorite sandwich. And who doesn't love fried eggs?

Haha, yeah, I want to mix it up a bit though. Hot dogs and burgers are nice, but we seem to have that a lot.

^This. Chicken comes in cans like tuna. The other items are dried and easy to carry. Bring some trail mix, pretzels, or whatever and call it a meal.

I'm not sure how you guys travel but lunches that are packed with nutrients and no or minimum cooking were always the rule when i went out on the trails/rivers. If you end up behind the plan or whatever you can work with a no-cook lunch to catch up...but as soon as you need to cook something...it takes way longer.
