Anybody checked out the schedule that Missouri has next year. They have a few tough home games with their new found SEC brethren. (alabama and Georgia) I'm pretty sure that Missouri won't have seen a massacre that bad since the The Centralia Massacre of 1864. They travel to South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee.

Texas A&M on the other hand have some tough road games. Travel to bama, Auburn and Mississippi State (wonder how they will like those damn cowbells?) They get Florida, Arkansas, and LSU at home though.

Should be interesting to see how they do. I bet they both get a few conference wins along the way.

 

Yea, they'll get a few. There's always Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ole Miss.

I hope my Dawgs can go up there and make us proud. I didn't see much this year to make me hopeful, aside from the defense.

Also, just saw that Jeff Demps gave up football to focus on Track for the 2012 olympics.

 

Oct. 20: LSU
Oct. 27: at Auburn
Nov. 3: at Mississippi State
Nov. 10: at Alabama

Tough 4 weeks for them. If I had my way, A&M would be brought in to the SEC by playing all division games away and not at home back to back to back at the beginning of the season to "welcome" them. They would start at Bama, go to Ark, After that LSU, MSU, Ole Miss, and Auburn. My sister called it hazing, I call it welcoming

 

Yall will do fine. That game might decide the east. Think about it, who else besides South Carolina stands a chance? Tennessee and Florida have got to drastically improve if they want a shot. Look for SC to screw up an easy win like they did against Auburn this past year.

Clearly the favorites in the west will be bama and LSU. I'm happy we got VanGorder though for our DC. The D will improve, hell it can't get any worse. I think Mississippi State wreaks some havoc too.

I look forward to the Auburn/Georgia game. Maybe we can walk away from that one without our butt's hurting.....again.

 

They would certainly be softened up by the time Auburn played them. That's not hazing at all, that's brotherly love.

 

Yes....we can pretty much gurantee at least one screw up.

 

Look out for what Mullen does with a true quarter back and hurry up offense. It looked like Relf wasn't built to lead what he wanted to do. I hope for an offense that can get more than 14 points on a consistent basis. I'm also ready to see how Mullen's recruiting does. Couple of good lineman including 3 from JC. Also looking forward to our defensive coaches to pulling their heads outta their asses and teaching tackling and blitzing.

I figured hit the aggies with the big 3 first, the order wouldn't matter. After that it wouldn't matter if MSU, Aub, or Ole Miss got after them as they'd be tired and beat up.

 

If we could get Beamer to leave and let our DC step up it would help the team a tremendous amount....Bud is the future of VT and the only way to improve...my .02

I think both will end up with losing conference records next year. I really look forward to the Bama / aTm game. I don't care so much about the game at Mizzou.
