He would look pretty good in a Cardinals red #18 jersey for a few couple years, while teaching and mentoring John Skelton on how to read defenses. We can save $7 million by dumping Kolb as well.

I'm surprised the Colts let him go. When he announced he'd play for an incentive laden contract I really figured that'd give the Colts the out to keep him and let him tutor Luck and then Peyton could go out on his own terms. I remember when Marino still wanted to play and Dolphins; i.e.: Jimmy Johnson, wanted to move on. It was tough hearing that the Vikings wanted him. He eventually retired as a Dolphin thank goodness. I wasn't much of a Joe Montana fan but it was disappointing seeing him in a Cheifs uniform after all the years in SF.

Just always thought of him as overrated. He can fling the spud when he has time, but when he's pressured he folds like a lawn chair. Ain't a big fan of his little brother or his old man either.

What I thought was hilarious this morning was when they said that Dunver has said publicly that they've looked into him as well. Guess that shows how much confidence they have in Boy Wonder little Fimmy Febow!

Dallas Clark, Joseph Addai, Gary Brackett, and Melvin Bullitt all cut today also. Rebuild is definitely under way in Indy.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
Wow. They cut Clark and Addai too!? Shit, that sucks. Clark kicks ass.

As long as Painter doesn't get another snap, I'm happy.

HAHA!! Funny you mention that. Curtis Painter was cut with these guys. I just figured he wasn't worth mentioning.

it is to bad about him leaving the Colts, I think Peyton is a great QB, wherever he goes he prob will do great...Colts will not be a good team again for a few yrs to come.
