Sweet, thanks! I figure people will have different recommendations, so I'll ask a bunch of people and pick the ones that are recommended the most.

Sub. I did a climb in the NC mountains with a friend that is real big into it after doing a lot of indoor climbing in the past but it's been 2 years since I've done anything. I want to get back to it when I get out of school.

Damn. Yeah I remember seeing the story about that a while back. I can imagine rehab for that taking a long time. You can do it!
Makes sense to sell in a package. Still interested, though!

Small update guys, unfortunately I didn't take any pictures but I did go vertical caving with a friend of mine that lives in Nashville TN this past weekend. I sure do enjoy climbing.. but I think vertical caving takes the cake for me. We went to a small cave 3/4 of a mile in length and repelled 14 feet, walked a few passages, repelled about 50 feet then finished walking the cave and used ascenders and the frog system to get out of the cave. It was more fun and physically demanding than I ever expected. Time to save my lunch money for a PMI rope and some ascenders

Congrats on the pad! I haven't gotten outside much lately, only climbing indoors except on breaks because of school...

I have goneon a couple trips assisting some people that guide regularly but I personaly am not a guide. It is a ton of fun though!

Hey guys, we have a fundraiser going on Indiegogo to fix up this amazing sport climbing crag down in the Dominican Republic, just a short flight from most locations in the eastern US. This place makes an excellent wintertime tropical beach / climbing destination. It has some of the best sport climbing you will ever experience that's within a reasonable travel distance, and it beats the crap out of gym climbing during the winter months. The problem is that most of the steel bolts there are corroded from the tropical climate and seaside elements, so we are trying to replace all the steel with corrosion-resistant titanium hardware. Check out our campaign page and consider contributing a few bucks to our volunteer cause to help get this epic place spiffed up!
