2013 NCAA Football Thread

After watching the replays I have to say I'm impressed with Mason. He made some big time throws tonight. He started a bit sluggish but came through strong and our passing game seemed to not miss a beat.

It might be too early to say this but I think he's got the potential to be a better QB than Murray. Down 20 in an away game against a rival team and led his team back in his 1st start. Not too shabby.

We stayed with them. Bear Bryant said it best, "luck is when preparation meets opportunity!" We won the game because we were a better team. Don't you remember...it was tied before he tried that ridiculous 57 yard field goal?

 

I really REALLY hope we can jump OSU in the polls! Gotta keep that SEC streak alive!

 

Are you serious? After a win like that, the stadium will go into pandemonium and the field will be stormed. No way around that and there isn't any shame in it either. Whatever fine the school may have to pay the NCAA will be negligible and I doubt they're going to care.

 

Speaking of which, just saw the replay on ESPN.

I personally think their is a good chance for AU to be #2, and I'm a Bama fan. Look how OSU played today against an unranked team, when AU beat #1. But the BCS voters love to hate the SEC. So doubtful this will happen.

 

If Auburn beats Mizzou, the computers would likely bump them, due to strength of schedule, regardless if OSU loses to Mich State or not.

 

He's not really sure what that feels like, Kennesaw doesn't have a football team...
