I'm going on 3 weeks no tobacco at all because a girl I'm hanging out with didn't like it. I still want to throw a dip in every time I get in the shower or in my truck but other than that I couldn't care less about it.

copenhagen for 20 years, quit cold turkey 10 years ago. Think of it every time I pass a 7/11. Its a lifetime addiction. When I get a terminal illness I am going to start in immediately....something to take the edge off the lingering death scenario.

Well i decided about a month ago to quit cold turkey. Going good for 3 weeks...no tobacco besides the occasional one pouch just to get off the edge. Started back to about half a can a day a week ago...few things happened with the family and started stressing and it keeps my stress level low when i dip...hate that i started again but hopefully once all is well and i wont be stressed then im quittin for good (VERY SOON).
