Probably told him to give the spot to Kevin on the restart since they were battling so hard because they got caught by keselowski who passed both of them. Larson was faster than harvick after like 2 laps

Since Smoke isn't in the chase and has more or less checked out contending for a win, I just root for anyone but the 48.

Tony Stewart's case will be sent to grand jury. Apparently they couldn't rule that there wasn't enough evidence to not press any charges and drop the case!

How so? If they had not found enough or any evidence they had every right to drop the case and not take it to grand jury. I think they are doing it as a CYA so it doesn't look like they dropped the case because of who he was. I am not saying it deserves to go to grand jury or anything of that nature though.

:notsure: I'm sure it has to do with who he is and the magnitude of the situation, also an election year? Lol, who knows, but I wouldn't read into it as potentially incriminating

What I read of the article, the DA chose to send the case information to a grand jury so that people could not cry the DA had a biased opinion, or playing favoritism. This way the Grand Jury will decide if there should be formal charges, and the DA will be safe.

Me and you share the same opinion. DA did a CYA and sent it to the GJ!

It's possible the DA saw something that didn't feel quite right to him. He can then persuade the grand jury to "find something".

Haha I've been pretty busy, haven't been on here much. Looks like this last race for the first round is gonna be a good one. I picked biffle, Allmendinger, almirola, and Kurt Busch to be eliminated first, so I need Hamlin to do well. Loving this format so far though.
