I feel you on the defense! We went through that last year. It was an ugly game for sure, but I don't think y'all are as terrible as you think. 28 isn't a bad start for your offense and your defense just wasn't ready for the speed of our offense. Your not going to face a faster team this year. I could see y'all winning 8 to 9 games.

 

Auburn might be the only team that is faster.

 

I feel for you. To wait all season and have the first game like that is a kick in the nuts.
It will get better. Y'all have spurrier and he'll coach em up to have a good season.

Well, there is something to be said for this for sure. We're either going to adjust and become the team we need to be to hold out for a season or were gonna see more games like that. Hopefully we adjust but we're in a big hole with the defense. It was definitely a head check and 1 loss might be worth it if can put the flames to our feet to wake up and play football.

 

Yeah, you can refer to it as anything you desire, however, the program is called SEC Nation and not ESPN's College Game Day. So, maybe now you do realize, and fact is there wasn't much of a game on that particular day.

Vandy looked BAD yesterday. Losing to a Temple, a 1-7 AAC team last year, by 30. The James Franklin departure killed them.

UGA unveiling a new look for the field this weekend. Not a big change. Traditionally the field is a single mow pattern and single color. This year it's dark green grass ever other 5 yards. When I first saw the headline of "unveiling new field design" I thought they were gonna get rid of the G at midfield. I would have pulled a ferguson and rioted.

 

Focus on the orange guys.....not the field color.

Partially both......I mentioned weeks ago that we might only win 6 to 7 games.....no D, an OK quarterback and receivers are questionable. Nobody wanted to believe it. But A&M is just as good without Johnny Football.
