This is the best place for this thread I guess since it involves my truck, huntin, and fishin... so here it goes.

My tires are BALD on the truck and as soon as I graduate college in about 2 weeks I'm getting new tires.

I have a 10 ft. jon boat (1961 model) thats leakin worse and worse and the motor isn't runnin right now.

I deer hunt constantly in the fall and have been having to borrow peoples 4 wheelers to haul stands/deer/pigs in and out of the woods.

That brings the question on what you would do if you were me. I want all three terribly. I can get some 265s and the billys on the truck and either get a boat or 4wheeler (boat and fourwheeler are equal price)

OR I can get 285s and a full OME setup on my truck. Open to opinions. Heres the pic of the boat and fourwheeler I want.

keep borrowing 4 wheelers, plug the leaks in the boat or take a bucket to bail, get a wooden paddle if necessary, but at a minimum get some good tires. If you have any left for the OMEs then its a wonderful bonus.

Yeah Im going to get good tires regardless. Either gettin bridgestone dueler revos or nitto tgs if i get 265s. if i drop the bomb for the ome ill get bfg mt km2 285s.

The problem is the boat gets patched once a month usually already. its falling apart as we speak lol. i just wish i was rich!

I am sure you wont be the only one that says that.

Good luck with your purchase. I am sure you will get some more input soon.
