Something That Bugs Me At The Gym

    Daz a lot of egg whites! I def cannot eat that many! lol

    I am totally off whey protein as of right now, sticking to the beef protein and eating whole foods, chicken, tuna, etc. Reason I am off the whey is it's just been making me feel terrible over the past week. Lactose free milk and lactose free ON protein is really just not sitting well with me anymore. Could be a bad batch of protein but I'm not quite sure. I eat a lot of Greek yogurt and fruits too. The veggies up here can't be trusted, you buy a pack of lettuce or something along those lines, 2 days later is slimy and nasty. Everything gets barged in so nothing is 100% fresh.

    I jumped of shakes @6 wks out and stuck to whole foods.

    Eggs whites clear out office's, and cars. And I like to roll with a partner sometimes! No one wants to be near me when I eat eggs, shit I don't even wanna be around myself! :bananadead:

    Speakin of winning and this being the something that bugs you at the gym thread...its kinda humorous to let one rip while your at a machine then move quickly somewhere else...:devil::devil::devil: I personally try to stand in front of the fan in a vain attempt to dissipate it faster.

    Also one reason why certain foods aren't the greatest to eat before doing heavy dead lifts and squats and leg presses, too much pressure and, yup you blow and O-ring.
