One of the guys at the local jumps told me diablo was good, i think they changed it up since they changed the name to mt creek. jpneely, snowshoe is supposed to be really good too. The same guy who like went around the country said snowshoe was one of his favorite. I don't remember what other parks he went to but i know he said he had been to whistler.

Beech mountain is in NC so its also closer to south carolina. Nationals were there last year so its got to be decent haha

yea i forgot those mountains turned to bike parks post ski season. it just kind of sucks cause the past few years i cant leave my immediate area from around April until October because of work. that always knocks those parks out of the question.

Anybody have a set of wide black bars for a 31.8 stem? I'm looking for 700mm wide with a 30-40mm rise. I have a white set of FSA Gravity bars I'll trade...

Same bike I just bought the bike with upgraded components and bars and brakes. I like it alot, first FS coming from a hard tail was a nice change.

You will love the FS. I like my hardtail for some trails but when it gets rough a FS is just the way to go.

Oh yeah I love the FS I have had it out probably 2 or 3 times on decent trails. I do like it alot. My rear suspension is adjustable with 3 levels of travel. The front shock is of course lockout option as well. SO its whatever I want the bike to be and shift on the fly.

Did my first ride on trails clipped in this past weekend. Started out doing some moderate trails to get used to the idea. Had no issues, pedals worked great. Still much apprehension of certain situations using them on more technical trails. It limits my riding for now due to feeling less free to cut up because I don't wanna crash because of being locked into the pedals and needing that split second save or toe dab to keep things moving. Just have to think ahead about things until they become more 2nd nature. These are much easier to get in and out of than the ones on the road bike.

I really like the brakes on this bike. The front rotor is a 203mm! haha

 I was hoping to hit up a night ride on my stumpy sunday night but the bike shop still had it to bleed the brakes and air up my fork so I ended up riding the hardtail again... I feel like the stumpy is light years better than my hardrock. Its lighter, FS, better compenents. I cant freakin wait to hit the trails with it.
