Looks like a good flood, looks like it would blast light everywhere, the other thing is battery run time, my rides are either partially or completely in the dark and usually 3-4 1/4 hours long. Runtime is an issue with these huge lumen outputs. I will run them at a lower output early in the ride and then crank it up on the way back. That's why I like the 1000/1200/1600 combo, all of them on their lowest setting is pretty good output and can go for hours. Gotta wonder though, 7000? me being me I can never say too much is too much but god 3800 is a huge amount of light. The other way to look at it is the mix of flood and spots, the 1200 is a narrow spot, the 1000 is a wider spot and the 1600 is a flood, it works really nice.

So my local shop has dropped the price on a 13' stumpjumper fsr comp 20" carbon frame down to $3100. Im really thinking about an early Christmas present.

Probably more important what you think.

For its cost, it's a pretty nice bike. Hard tail (which is nice to ride)-doesn't have great components but again, for the price-it's not a bad ride.
