Just picked this baby up this week for a sweet price from competitive cyclist! SB 66c. I smile every time I point this thing down hill! uploadfromtaptalk1389249030898.jpg

    I'm also selling my 2012 575 if anyone's interested.uploadfromtaptalk1389249062793.jpg

Nice! How do you like the 1x11?? Mine comes in at 29.02 pounds. Thinking of changing the front tire to a 2.4 nobby nic instead of hansdamf. Was hoping to get her down to high 27 - low 28s but in the end it doesn't matter ha ha. I guess word on the street is Yeti is stopping the production on the 66 altogether cause everyone wants 27 or 29ers. Which is fine with me because I got this bike for a steal and hopefully will alow me to get some carbon wheels to go along with her for cheap.

Always wanted to race Fontana but it's always full on winter here when the race comes up and I'm not good at planning ahead. The course looks sweet. I've always wanted to "ride the wall" and see if I could throw up at the finish! :D

    Good luck!

The 1x11 is awesome man!! Nice getting rid of the front der, while still having a full range of gears... Helps keep weight down. I recently swapped my rotors to ICE Techs, and plan on changing out the front tire from wire bead Minion DHF to a folding bead DHF.. That alone should shed a bit of weight.. Next up will be the new e*13 TRS-R wheels when they come out. When it's all said and done, I expect her to be around 27.5.. She's current'y a hair under 28.5...

Yep, heard the same thing.. Honestly, I've ridden 650b, and didn't notice a big difference at all.. So I am just fine with 26.. Before I picked up this bike I demo'd a Pivot Mach 6 carbon for a week, and it was an amazing bike.. However I don't think it was because of the larger wheels...

Awesome, I would have loved to get a 1x11 but didn't ask if competitive cyclist could throw one in instead of the xt. Oh well I'm just happy to have the shadow plus derailleur which makes everything so quiet. But yeah I love this bike so far. Climbing is effortless and the downhill makes me smile like a kid.

And watch, in a few years, they'll be pumping 26 inch wheels as the latest and greatest... Gotta switch things up every so often to keep sales up.. Marketing ;)
