Those Mr Tuffy liners do help. Go tubeless next time around with Stan's. Thorn punctures will seal right up.

Couldn't agree more. The only bike I don't run tubeless on is my DH rig. Trail bikes it is almost a must to me these days.

I went tubeless and sometimes I regret doing so. There is a few times that I go sideways and my front wheel burps. Sucks!

It's just you. I think it's an improvement over the last ones for sure.

And likely waaaayyy over priced. I realize that there's a price for high end bikes and I've certainly bought my fair share but spesh has a tendency to price some of their top end builds pretty ambitiously. But to be fair, the new top end yeti sb5c carries a ridiculous price tag as well

That's a whole other conversation. But I generally believe high end bikes are way over priced.

Seems to be the reason I build my bikes from scratch vs. buying new. I purchased one new bike back in the 90's and it was a Klein. Then it was parted out and replaced with upgrades so I've learned from that mistake.

I got a smokin deal on my yeti sb66c frame and then just shopped for the best deals possible on the build kit. my lbs gave me a lot of deals on several parts and overall I saved quite a bit over what the bike should have cost.

I've got a new dh bike coming and their top end build is relatively reasonable considering the components that it comes with. But yeah, prices just keep climbing and it scares me to see 10k+ mountain bikes

    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(
Yeah, it's terrible aesthetically IMO. That alone might drive up prices on the current Demo 8's for sale in the used ads LOL.

Rumor has it the Horst Link patent filed in the U.S. that Specialized has is set to expire this September (if it hasn't already expired) so this could explain the company's need to do something 'different' with their flagship frame.

Just me, but the only thing that should be asymmetrical on a bike are it's components(ie: drive side / non drive side).....not the damn frame itself.

i bought a 30* stem last week. wow what a difference. The one that came with it was a 7* and it put all my weight on my wrists and shoulders. One of the better decisions i've made.

I have several where the stickers are asymmetrical but the frames aren't.
