Little League Baseball ( kids brag page)

Alot of us have kids that play ball. I thought it would be a nice thread to start Bragging rights and all. We have our tryouts this Saturday. I hope the weather stays dry. I have to get some gear in shape.

 

well we have found out that my oldest was drafted by the A's. One more to get drafted.

 

Last Year in Majors. My son played baseball since t-ball. Now he has hung up the catchers gear and is playing lacrosse and basketball. He is also umpiring for the little league this year.

 

This is my boy last week at MMA practice. He is 5. We start t-ball soon, be his first time doing baseball so well see. So far he like sports. He has done soccer, football, MMA(he's lovin it) and t-ball starts in the next few weeks.

 

He will love t-ball. It is much more fun if you can help out as a base coach or such.

 

We played yesterday and lost one game and won another. We need to work on our fielding. It was great to see the boys have so much fun. First game was 10-16 and second was 4-0.. We only had 8 players. Had to borrow a fielder from the Visiting team.
Still had a blast.

 

No kids that play ball. Just thought it was funny when espn had a commercial for the little league world series and said "these kids have been waiting for this their whole life" What? their whole life..... maybe 6 years on up to 12 years?

 

My cousin in the 2nd baseman on the Nevada team. It's pretty sweet seeing him on TV and my family in the stands. Go West!

 

I never did post tee ball pics last year here. But we are now on a travel 6u team. He loves it. They do coach pitch and man it a lot of time on the travel team but he loves it.

 

Little League International has stripped Jackie Robinson West of the national title that the Chicago team won last summer after an investigation revealed it had falsified boundaries to field ineligible players.

 

Shame to see that happen, but that now means my cousin is the National title holder, go Las Vegas!
