    I'm in the second week of P90X Classic.Today was a legs and back day rounded out with a tough ab workout......Lots of lunges with the legs and pull-ups with the back.I felt OK but I've had better sessions.

    Ahhh....
    Went to the gym and worked my arms, shoulders and back for about 45minutes. Did fast walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes, and sat in the jacuzzi for 10 minutes.

    Took the dog for a 5km walk this morning (usually run) but legs are tired from leg workout last night. After work I will be off to the gym for a chest and tri work out.

    Rode 6.5 miles on an easy mountain bike trail with the special lady friend.
