Sports are the ones everybody wants, offroad and SR5 are the same, if memory serves
Undercoat? I would suggest sending them out for a chem peel and a full, proper, Powder coating. Also at the ball joints, grind the welds down a bit so when you go to press the BJs in you dont have a seating issue.
Im hoping to be able to do turbo for 3k, we shall see. Probably pick the header up in the next month or so. See what I get back on my taxes this year.

I ordered the kit with the ball joints already pressed in :p but I think im just gonna give the a good coat of that weather guard undercoat stuff....local shop wants like 400 to powdercoat it all

What is the going rate to have bumpers and grill colormatched? Roughly....body shop wanted 1200 ffor everything I think thats a little high....or they are I dont know lol

because they are non existent or show nothing.....
400 dollars is less money spent then a failed part whilst driving. That undercoat is only going to throw a coat on top of the shit powder coat. The issue with the coating was not just rust but pealing directly off the steel. So throwing a top coat of extra paint aint gonna stop it from pealing. But hey, it's your truck.

As for paint, that sounds about right if they are pulling the bumpers and painting.

I gots the tools homie, dont you worry, we got this.

EDIT: just read the email, that's cake work. That existing looks to be about a 3/8's maybe 7/16th. Drilling that out wont be an issue. Just a matter of having some scrap tube, penetrating lube, drill, bits, and a sledge all of which I have.

Yeah, they are the C5 vette salad something or others. I told Alex the same thing. He just upgraded his front sway and put a 1 ton on the rear. Truck is done right.

I went back up as I kept bottoming out on the wheel wells when I hit the corners hard. Fenders should be at 26 3/4 ish from center of hub. Gonna wait a couple days to see what they are at once it settles. It settled by 3/8' of an inch last time.
