    this doesnt have anything to do with suspension but i just found a 2.7 intake on ebay for 90 dollars ive been wanting one for a long time but 300 seemed like to much for a tube and filter i couldnt pass it up has anyone bought one of these they have black and polished i opted for the polished id love to see one installed

    Beefed Taco 3" Lowering Blocks DJM 3" Front Lowering Kit Custom C-Notch Intermittent Wipers LED tail lights
    Took the RoadMaster kit off and did an "eye-ball" alignment (adjusted the toe out on each side) in preperation for a real wheel alignment tomorrow. The new RoadMaster brackets should be here Tuesday. Hopefully I'll be able to put my 19's on tomorrow after the alignment and finally unveil the big surprise! (Well, not really big, but...)

    My truck now sits much better with the 3" blocks than it did with the 4" blocks... it doesn't look like there's an invisible elephant sitting in the bed now :eek:

    Got a little freaked out as I went for a test drive. Both brake shields up front were rubbing on the rotors for some reason. My truck sounded like a rusty steam train going down the road :eek:

    At just over 1,400 miles on the odometer, the truck still smells like new inside! :D

    FYI... do not waste your money on the Dupli-Color caliper paint or VHT high-temp paint for your drums. Absolute garbage. My calipers are all chipped and nicked already just from bumping them with my tires as I put them on and off (and maybe just from looking at them, who knows.) The same for the rotors... if I bump them with my wheel, the paint flakes off.

    I recommend going with an epoxy caliper paint, like G2. I used a similar product years ago and it was very tough. Looks like I'll be going that route sooner than later :mad:

    I just used rustoleum high temp and the polyurethaned over that to make it last, so far so good.

    I've also though about running coilovers on the back and leaving one leaf spring per side instead of a 4 link. I've seen it before, just seems a little questionable.
