Found a set of nice 20x7.5's with +40mm offset on craigslist. The price is right. They have got 225/30R20 tires on them. The price is right and I just wondered if the offset is going to be ok for my 01 reg cab. Also planning on lowering before too long. Probably 3/4. Just wondering if I'm gonna get in trouble when it comes time to lower as well?

It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
Nah you'll have to trim front fenders and pull liners but you'll be fine.
