What size tire would look good?

    On a Prerunner?
    Something 31" or larger.

But you're going 22s... sounds like you're wanting to donk it out, so the 265/30 might be the look you're looking for. Diameter will be no problem with the fenders... the stock base 2wd runs tires only slightly smaller.

But what are you going to do to fill the fenders? Lowering? Buy a non-Prerunner and you're halfway there.

Size tire that will look good? Sorry... can't help you. I don't care for the look of anything on a wheel larger than 17/18 or lower profile than 50 (except on European luxury sports cars).
