What offest should I be looking for to keep the tires from sticking out past my fenders? I have a 5 lug,2008

i assume anything with a 30 or 40 mm offset?

the larger the backspacing, the less they'll stick out. for example, a 3.25 backspacing will stick out further than a 3.75 backspacing..

I was running a 30mm and it was almost flush, I ordered a set with 35mm hoping to get closer but I don't have them in yet to tell you if they are or not.

+30mm and your about flush to the fenders. with a +35mm, you end up going 0.5" inside the wheel well more (my rims have a +35mm offset). This link helped me.

going higher on the POSITIVE offset will put the rim inside the wheel well more, going toward the NEGATIVE offset, you will end up sticking out the wheel well.
