How much of a c-notch do you have in the rear? With a deep enough custom notch you should be able to run springs and be scraping frame virtually.

About the same time the cops pull you over for the sparks flying out from under the truck. Your trans cross member will be dragging first, that's the low point for static

I mean you can go so far as to notch the back of your cab to clear the driveshaft. "Too low" is really subjective. What are you running for control arms?

Currently stock control arms and thinking about djm 3 inch uppers and lowers, will that help my issue with scraping the rear of the lcas?

I would think so. I'm running the DJM's with Feal coilovers and I'm sitting about 4 1/2 inches lowered and the control arms aren't a problem for me. I'm also setup for autocrossing so I do have suspension travel still

Well i mean my crossmember and lca bushings are my lowest point itting at 1 inch off the ground just wondered if the djms had smaller bushings so i could get some diamond plate welded under them as a place to scrape instead of my suspension

I helped a friend bag an S10 once, and he wanted it to lay flat on the frame....which required actually cutting and re-welding the control arms so that the ball joints moved right.
