Well I figured it out. I took it back to leeper and they eventually thought it was the seal that rubs against the shaft to keep it clean. They thought the noise was it switching directions during the cycle up and down. I'm no sure I they were right as the noise seemed to be louder than that.

Either way they were nice enough to remove the front leepers and put my stock stuff back in and the noise is gone!!!!!

Now my truck has a tall ass and I need need front lift suspension. I don't want crap though. Anybody have a good idea??? Will all shocks make this horrible popping sound in the morning or were the seals bad?

I'm think king or fox....where can I get one of those sets for cheap?

No, all shocks do not make a popping noise in the morning.

As far as getting king/fox cheap, best of luck. You might want to keep an eye on the buy/sell/trade section of the forum, I've seen those up for grabs at least once or twice in there.
