Do i have enough lift to fit these tires?

So i bought my new tires and wheels but wasnt planning to out them on until i got the rest of my suspension lift components. Well of course i run a bolt over and now have a flat and dont feel like driving around on the spare for a month until i get the rest of the stuff, so i was wondering how much lift i need for the front and rear to fit 305/65/17. i already have coilovers on the front so i can take those up to 2.5", but do i need a lift in the rear? I have my work equipment in my bed so its weighed down little. So is 2.5" enough for the front and no lift in the rear with some sag from the weight good enough for now to fit them? Thanks...Mike

What kind of wheels you got? With that width you need proper bs in order not to rub the uca and to minimize the rubbing everywhere else they are gonna rub.

The wheels have 4.5" backspacing and -12mm offset and they are 9" wide
