I just got done installing my 1.5 AAL and rear 5100's. Tomorrow I am planning on installing the front 5100's. Not sure if i want to set them at 1.75 or 2.5. I have the TSB and 265/75/16. I dont want to look silly if my tires are to small, and not sure what the ride will be like at 2.5. Maybe some opinions will help me make mind up.

QFT, imho you'll be good if you're running m/t or a/t tires [EDIT: as far as looks go (as for ride, I dunno)] . Nonetheless, post pics post-install.:)

Did you work the spindle nut down where it's flush with the bolt? Then just tap the bottom of it. Not too much though. The nut will give you more surface area so you won't damage the bolt. Try it out. Good luck.

Are you talking about the long UCA bolt? Don't you need to bend the inner fender a little bit to Jimmy it out? If your new UCA came with new bolts just hack it off...

Well I got it off with out having to remove the UCA. I am having NTB put the new shocks in the coil because the compressor I rented/ borrowed safty pin wouldn't go over the coil. so $40 to have them do if fine. Just waiting now.

painted door handles, bilstein 5100's front and back, K&N air filter. Precision power component speakers and Kenwood deck.
I am contemplating this same issue. I heard its hard to align the front sitting at 2.50 if so maybe 1.75 would be best. I dont want alignment issues, the damn tires cost to much. according to my measurements, the back sits at 7 inches and the front around 4. So 2.50 would make since.
