Lift Question

I'd really like to fit some 285's/70/17's. I dont do much off roading and I dont really plan too. Most I'd like to do is a trail or so, but I mostly baby my truck as its my daily driver. I'd really like to have a 3' lift. Could I do this with Billstein 5100's all around, lifting them as much as they can, and would I need UCA's since its a 3' lift? Or would this ( ) be a better idea?

Would I need trim packers for either?

Bilsteins only go up to 2.5'' and if you do get a 3'' kit uca are recommended. The kit that you posted the link to is a no go, stay away from spacer lifts. Look at the Old Man Emu setup...
