Anyone else has coilover clunk?

Are they new or used? Might need to be recharged with nitrogen. Shocks that are low on nitrogen make a knocking sound when you hit bumps. There's is no way for you to check though without letting the nitrogen out yourself. You would have to have a shop check them for you. It's only like $15/$20 bucks though. They should be in excess of 150psi. I believe 200psi is appropriate.

FML...Just got back from recharging and it still clunks, they said that my shock might be to short??? WTF?? Can that be?,

 

I'll bet your UCA is smacking the coilover. Check the springs for signs of rubbing

That was one of my guess' as well.

If it's hitting the spring at full droop, you may be able to rotate your spring about 180 degrees so that at full droop the UCA falls/lands/stops in between two coil wounds.

I don't know shit about Fox shox or Kings applications I just noticed from the OP's pics that the coil spring looked kinda strange the way it was seated in the spring seat

Look at pic 4 from OP's thread, & notice where coil seats is that normal for Fox?

 

When on the jack there isnt even enough droop to reach the coils, Ahshiet actualy comented on the lack of droop when we were doing the install.
