Bilstien 5100's and CV boots

Any problems with CV boots with front 5100's set to 2.5 inches stock OEM coils?

2004 TRD Access cab

 

From what I understand a diff. drop kit helps aleviate added angle stress on the CV's & the inner CV boots from doing any additional susp. lift to the front, this is my first IFS 4x so I'm learning too. Anyone out there know the real skinny to this ??

P.S. I also have the 5100's set at 2" on OEM coils

 

i have my front with 5100's at 2.5 ... had the cv boots replaced after two years.. and now i put a diff drop kit to release some of the stress.. they are holding up well so far.

 

I have the front Billy's set at zero. I don't give the CV's any thought. The higher you go the more stress on the entire suspension.

 

I am going to install the diff drop also at the time I do the 881's and the 5100's set to "0".
