3" lift & 285/75/17 - how do you change a tire?

so...lifted the truck successfully and loving it however now I'm thinking I need to add some equipment to the box to be able to change a tire.

I see hi-lifts are popular on here but they are dangerous from personal experience. how is everyone changing their tires on the lifted trucks? pictures welcomed.

I just use my stock jack but used a couple small pieces of 2x4 underneath and have plenty of room. Once I have sliders ill get a high lift.

I have a hi-lift. But you can do it with the stock jack and a block of wood. It will fit under the rear seats with the other crap.
