Fabtech coils

Hey all. I have a few questions about my Fabtech Dirt Logic 2.5's.

1. What is the travel on these?

2. How far would be safe to crank them down?

3. can i put a longer travel coil on my DB kit?

4. Will i get more travel by upgrading to a uniball UCA?
