I have an 05 Prerunner and i'm thinking of getting a 6 inch Procomp Stage I lift with 35's and I will be regearing, I was told that since i have 2WD that the lift will KILL the transmission, is this true?

Why would it kill the transmission because you have 2WD?

That just sounds like someone who has no clue what they are talking about trying to sound like they are knowledgeable.

Pro Comp now makes a bracket that will drop your tranny enough to keep everything in line with specs. I am having the stage II kit installed this next week with the drop tranny bracket on my 4x4.
