I have the TSB and stock TRD bilsteins. The truck rides perfect by myself or with a passenger. But I had 4 medium/small adults including myself in there (DC) and could feel that the ride quality was worse up front. I Imagine the springs were compressed more than I'm use to. I was thinking of getting 5100s set to .85 or 1.75 to level truck anyway but will that help a loaded-truck ride or does it have to do with the springs instead?

The 5100s have much better valving than your stock shocks. So you should see an improvement.

After getting the Leaf Spring TSB I felt the stiffness on the ride compared to stock. I replaced the stock trd with billys 5100s with front set @ zero.
The ride feels almost stock but better. It obsorbs road bumps well not bouncy. Truck rides solid now.

Why zero? I don't mind the slight rake as I often have a load in the back so its level.
