Toytec Billies

Does anyone have the Toytec Billies on the front of their Taco's? And how do you like them? What is a sway bar relocator? And some have said you don't need the sway bars? I like the look of the Toytec Billies.

I have them and i like 'em. The sway bar relocatators relocates the sway bar approx. 1" so it doesn't come in contact with the coilovers. And it IS a good idea to keep the sway bar.
