Don't do it. Get 5100s instead, huge difference in ride quality

I have that exact lift on my garage floor right now. Had it in for a month then upgraded to toytec ulk.

Yeap, don't do it. It may give you the lift and make your truck cool but you're going to end up kicking yourself in the ass. When I bought my 05 from the previous owner it came with blocks/spacers and I swapped them wit the bilstein 5100 up front for a few months. So that kit you thinking about getting = no go if I were you but of course I'm not..

Where does it rub? Tons of people are running that setup here with no issues.

What is the backspacing on your rims?

Thats what I have on my truck. Installed it myself and am very satisfied with it. still rides smooth and i have 33's mounted. some rubbing when tight radius, but no issues with it.

it rubs on the front tires when i am turning sharply. it rubs more in the front of the wheel than the back of the front wheel if that makes sense. i just want to make sure that it lifts my truck up enough so that when i am offroading i don't ruin a tire or a rim. i spoke with downsouth last night and they also gave me a discount code when i buy these shocks. do i also need the back shocks or will the front be enough?

Just the fronts will be fine.

The rubbing you described may be more due to the backspacing of your wheels than the suspension height though.
