from the pics it kind of looks like things were just welded and bolted into the existing crossmember. So i am going to say no it hasnt been cut but im 100% there are people that know the looks of this better than i do.

Do you know which lift kit? If you know just take a look at the install instructions and that will tell you whether its been cut or not!

Ya it looks just like they added things on by either welding or bolting!

Is this lift bolted to the factory front end lifting point?!! haha thats funny

its not cut. you dont have to cut the crossmember with the Pro Comp lift.

If it is a prerunner like it looks from the lack of front driveshaft and dif. it is not cut. i just installed my procomp kit on my taco. the only reason you cut the crossmember is to make room for the newly lowered front dif. and front drive shatf. I did end uphaving to cut mine:( but once the new lower member was in place no worries :)
