Replacing rear shocks with 5100's

I'm replacing the stock shocks in the back with 5100's. In the box I found a B4-KT1-Z008A00 installation kit... I have to admit that I have NO IDEA where all of the parts go.

I have two rubber bushings, one nut (that's obvious I guess) and three different washers.

Can anyone provide a diagram and/or explanation? Thanks.
