I get my alignment done tomorrow, but I just noticed that my truck has developed this annoying squealing noise when I drive it now...didn't do it before?! You think that lifting my short bed d-cab approx 2.4" in the rear is f-ing with my rear brakes somehow, or is it maybe the driveshaft or something? It's very weird, and also very annoying...
    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks.

Lifting alone should have no effect on your brakes.

A bit more info is needed: When does it squeal? Forward? when braking? in Reverse? etc. Is it from the front or the rear? Both sides or one side? Was it immediate post lift?

Did you get the lift on then go off-road? Dirt in the brakes = squeal.
