OME w/885 coils w/spacers, and add a leaf for TSB suspension from toytech.

Had a guy I knows shop do it, but don't think I got a good deal, took them two days and I paid about 600$ after taxes. I should have called around, but I don't care anymore, it's done.

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
Was just quoted ~$100/side to get Bilstein 5100s readjusted from 1.75" to 2.5" IIRC when i got the AAL and Bilstein installed a year ago it was ~$300. What gives?

Ok I am considering lifting my 09 pre runner 4 door 4x2 taco and i know little to nothing on the subject of suspension and lift kits. What things do i need to consider deciding leveling kit vs. lift kit? Which kit would you recomend for each that is most cost effective? and What would provide a smooth ride with offering a more commanderring view of the road: lift or level?

bone stock save for the block lift that came on it with the open country m/t.
aal's in the rear $35 from keason1, installed for free. Front 5100's $170, set at 1.75 in the front, $50 compressed, aligned for $80 at goodyear, guaranteed for a year. In the end, aside from parts, the only labour I paid for was having the springs compressed and the alignment. :)

I've been quoted everything from $460 to $850 for an OME 3in, diff drop and UCAs with alignment.

Decided to do it myself, took about 10hours, well worth it. Learned a lot and had a blast doing it.

what kind of lift are you looking at? I only have billies and aal in the rear, I think it rides pretty good, for a truck. :D
