I'm stuck on figuring out which rear lift option I should choose to accompany my Bilstien 5100 1.75 front. I bought the 5100's for all 4 corners and I do NOT have the TSB done to my 2007 DC 4x4. I'm out of warranty...I think.
From what I've gathered the TSB brought folks up about .75 in the rear and in most cases created a level lift once the 5100's were set to 1.75. I'm all for level and/or some rake so I figure I have two options: 1.5 Toytec AAL or 1.5 Block. Either option should bring my non TSB rear level or slight rake correct?
With these options the AAL should firm the rear up while the block would retain a softer ride. In my last Tacoma I had the 1.5 short AAL from Toytec installed and I thought that was too stiff with lots of bed hop. I'd imagine the longer AAL which they sell now is improved and not as firm. Anyone using their Longs AAL that can comment?
I guess I need to state that I do not offroad, just messing around in mud here and there. With that said gaining articulation is not a top priority.
Thanks for any help
