1" blocks with AAL's

Is anyone running 1" blocks with AAL's in the rear on an 05 or newer DC LB. With the 3" Lift/Level on a long bed? My truck looks like it sags a bit in the rear with no load in the bed. Any mods needed to run this combo? Any drive shaft vibrations?
