I have the OME 3" lift with the Total Chaos UCA and i have the rugged trail black baja toyota rims with a 285/75/16 BFG all terain ko. I am having a rubbing issue. Without any wheel spacers i rub on the uca at full turn. with a 1.25" spidertrax i hit the cab mount when turned and going over a bump. I was wondering if there were any smaller spacers that would give me a happy medium. If not then i must chop the body mount and run spacers.

let me know what u think.

i think there are 1'' spacers available but not 100% sure. if you find them and buy them I'd be interested in your 1.25 spidertrax if youll be selling them

I've been trying to find other spacer options for some time with no luck.

I have almost the identical setup as you, except with Camburg arms. They're pretty much the same thing, and I'm not getting any rubbing, so I'm not sure what's causing your issue.

Have you had your alignment done?

Maybe one of us is higher or lower than 3" by a bit...

Just do the cab mount chop. I remember seeing a thread on here where someone did a really clean nice job on it.

Can anyone show me (us) where this thread is?

We just lifted my buddy's Tundra this weekend, and even though he selected his wheels based on other's input... Houston, we have a problem.

The local 4x4 shop wants $600 (6-hrs) to do these cab mounts, but it doesn't seem to me that this should be more than a 3-hr job. Maybe I'm missing something?!

ya i got the alignment done. my OME have one of the lift enhancer kits so im thinking about taking that out and i found some one inch spacers, so maybe together it will give me enough distance for no more rubbing.

1" spacers? Are they hub centric w/ lugs?

I'm not sure what a lift enhancer kit is...

the 1" spacers are from here http://www.trail-gear.com/wheel-spacers they have lugs.

the ome lift enhancer kit is either a 10mm or 13mm plate that installs on top of the upper strut plate. it says it does not affect ride. you can see them here on wheelers
