i put on moto metal 950 chrome wheels, afe cold air intake, flowmaster muffler with dual exhaust,JBA headers, trifold extang bed tarp, stainless steel stepside bars,3" lift in front,3" lift in the rear, chrome door handle covers, chrome grille insert cover, tinted windows with blacked out visor, and taillight covers
I have put 3" rear lift blocks on my tacoma and when i hit a bump in the road it makes a funny ping noise. the lift blocks are aluminum blocks instead of metal. would that cause the noise? I have looked under the truck and I can't find nothing loose that it might be. any suggestions?

Dump the aluminum blocks, if you're gonna use lift blocks make sure their made of some kind of forged steel. Rough country suspension found out about 25 - 30 years ago that aluminum is too soft & may even start to warp down on the sides causing loosening of U bolts .. plus the hole where the pin drops into the axle will elongate... All kinds of bad shit from them.... just my .02....:D

i checked the rear end u-bolts this morning and the passengers side was completely loose , it is a wonder the rear end didn't fall off. the people i got to put it on will never work on my vehicle again.

 I'm glad you checked it. If they did the front as well then obviously look that over to.
