susp ? want upgrade to bilstiens

I have 2008 4x4 base model access cab taco are my coils same as trd pkg or if I upgrade to bilstiens trd struts/shocks front and rear will I need to change to TRD coils also

You don't have the same suspension that comes with the TRD models.

You don't need TRD springs for the Billies. You will be fine with the stock ones you have.
