I have a 99 taco with almost 200,000......lately when I take off....especially when truck is cold.......sometimes the rear end starts bouncing around and I have to clutch it to get it back in control...........I pull a trailor alot for work and a friend told me that the bearing (where the diff goes into the axl) could be worn and causes this............anybody know what it could be ????? thx

That is axle wrap. Likely your rear springs are shot.
