Level kit with AAL?

Hello everyone! This is my first post on this site. I have been doing a lot of reading for a while now trying to learn all about the 2nd Gen from you guys and I must say it has been more than helpful.

My question about suspension is, if you do the AAL's in the rear what do you need up front to make the tacoma level? I've looked and looked (might have missed it) and can't really find a 100% solid solution.

Not to hijack the OP's thread, but another thought i just had about 5100's when reading his post(maybe it'll help him too) i understand they can lift up to 2.5" but after time and they age, do they start to lose that lift? or will they just ride like hell at that point?

 

The shocks wont cause you're lift to sag, its the coils that cause you're lift to lose its height.

 

Cool, I learned a lot today while at work. I know now that revtek makes exactly what Im looking for but, I might piece together my own kit with the 885 (?) OME coils and some kind of AAL in rear. Shocks to be determined. Looking at the 1500 Bils.

looking into what it takes to fit 17" wheel with 285 tire.

Jpwarrior.. Let me know how the OME springs the add a leaf and the 5100s do for you. I was looking into running 285s with my 20 inch wheels. But didnt know what kinda lift to get. If yours works well I might copycat you. Cause a 3 inch lift starts gettin into UCA issues. Hope the 2.5" idea works with 285s
