lift spindle on 4x4

i read that you can't put thies lifts on 4x4s but then i always see them on 4x4 builds sutch as this one below what the truth, and benifits to the spindle lift? please help thanks

what? there isnt a way to use Camburg or TC spindles for 4x4 as the hub doesnt allow for the axel shafts

that build in your post is a prerunner like mine they dont make these kind of lifts for the 4x4 the spindles are solid metal

 

benefit= 4" lift with stock suspension geometry

 

That truck's a Prerunner... not a 4X4. You can't use spindles with 4X4.
