Best 3 inch lift

Hey guys, do you agree that Bilstein 5100's are the best way to lift my truck? taking into consideration how smooth the ride is and how good it looks. Thanks guys

 

Best for what? Obviously not the "best."

Best for price maybe. I would much rather spend $300 on 5100's all the way around instead of spacers and blocks.

 

I don't use my truck for any serious off-roading so Im just basicaly focused on the way it drives and the way it sits.

 

Yea, then I would go with the 5100's all around with an AAL in the rear.

 

Billies are not the best way, but they probably the cheapest way to get 2" of lift for sure

What would be better? Coilovers? You might be correct, but if he doesn't offroad then it they are overkill. I haven't seen one post where a guy said the billies cause a problem with his truck. For his situation and needs, the billies seem like the answer.

 

5100's are good, but you wont get 3" of lift out of them.

 

Good point. 3 inches is the magic number though, right? Better fit for 285's, but then you MAY need uca's. I love the look of the 285's w a 3 inch lift. But uca's arent in my budget. So 5100's will have to do. may be able to squeeze eibach's in there, dunno yet.
