Noobie here looking for Tacoma experts

I have stock 15" rims and looking to upgrade to 16" alloy rims.

Will 2010 16" alloy rims with BFG 265/70R16 tires fit on my 2000 Prerunner?

I plan on installing a set of Bilstein 5100''s to bring the front up a bit and level the truck...otherwise suspension is stock.

 

I see no reason they wouldnt, especially if you did the 5100's all at the same time

 

I think they'd fit...I didn't know that 2000 pre(s) came with 15" 6 lugs.

 

Yep, almost all of the 1st Generation Tacomas came with 15" wheels.

I have been looking for tires and discovered a very limited selection for 15" but quite a few choices for 16" rims

 

Still looking for information and or a thread that lists all of the wheel options for the 1st generation Tacoma.

There is a nice thread with list of options for the 2nd generation but not the first.

Specifically wanting to know what Toyota model(s) 16" wheels will fit on a 2000 Prerunner (so that I can jettison the 15" wheels).
