Best way to lift?

    3 inch Pro Comp lift,K&N Intake, Flowmaster cat back exhaust/ Grillecraft mesh grill (upper and lower), Light bar behind grille, Gibson intercooled tips, Go Rhino dominator 2 nerf bars, Mag lite mod.
    I am looking to lift my truck between 2 1/2 to 3 inches....any suggestions or prices?

    getting there....
    a nice toytec 3 inch lift, with aal's in the rear. and if you have 4x4.....get the diff drop kit too. toytec makes some really nice lifts. and they are relatively cheap........
