Trouble getting an alignment.

I just did a lift on my truck and went to get an alignment. First shop told me they couldn't do anything bc the rear axle to the truck was slightly pushed forward from the right side. I took it then to another shop. This shop had told me the alignment was done and everything looked great, but when i went to pick up the truck the guy told me that he only did the front bc the rear was wrong. He said I needed to get new leaf springs. Has anyone ever heard this problem?
